Mission Statement

The Bennington Free Clinic is a program of the Greater Bennington Interfaith Community Services, Inc., a tax exempt, 501 (c) (3), charitable organization which was originally organized by the Greater Bennington Interfaith Council in 1973. Greater Bennington Interfaith Community Services also administers the highly regarded Interfaith Food and Fuel Fund. The mission statement of Greater Bennington Interfaith Community Services, Inc.  is “to provide free primary medical care, care coordination, mentoring, referral, and financial support for basic human needs such as food, fuel, clothing and shelter to qualifying financially needy individuals and families in Bennington and the surrounding community.”
